Dr. Namyata Pathak, BAMS, MD (Kayachikitsa*-India), Vaidya Scientist is trained extensively in both Ayurveda and modern biomedicine for more than a decade in India. She was selected as the youngest Vaidya Scientist in India and has been engaged in multiple interdisciplinary projects driven by the spirit of Ayurveda. She teaches at leading Ayurveda schools in the United States steered to implement its fundamentals for integrative health practices. She consults health seekers out of her Ayu.Care office in Fremont in the San Francisco Bay Area.

She particularly has extensive interdisciplinary experience in cardio-metabolic health, neurodegenerative conditions (Parkinson’s Disease), and women’s health issues and has designed integrative program programs for them. She has spoken at several international interdisciplinary conferences, community health initiatives, and government health conclaves in India and the US, including the NIH. She has many international publications to her credit and had been on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine for a decade.
